Your Privacy is Important to Us           

In the course of providing quality financial, tax, accounting, and insurance services, Soaring Eagles Tax & Financial Services, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of the information that you entrust to us.

Congress enacted the Financial Services Modernization Act, which brought a number of changes to the financial services industry.  Part of the act requires financial services firms, like Soaring Eagles Tax & Financial Services, LLC, to inform their customers and former customers how personal information about them is collected and disclosed.  This notice informs you about our information-sharing practices.

Please be assured that this privacy notification will not, in any way, change the terms of any services that you have with Soaring Eagles Tax & Financial Services LLC.  We will continue to ask for the best and most complete information available to help you file accurate returns and make informed decisions.

We have always protected your right to privacy. Our commitment to privacy is as valued as our commitment to helpful trustworthy client services.  We will continue to safeguard your privacy and the confidentiality of the information that you entrust to us.

Privacy Policy as of November 2, 2004

At Soaring Eagles Tax & Financial Services, LLC, we respect your personal financial privacy.  We realize that you have entrusted us with private personal financial information, and it is important to us that you know our policy concerning what we do with that information.

Ø      We do not sell client information or names.

We collect personal financial information about you with your permission from the following sources:

Ø      Information that you provide us to prepare your Federal and state returns, for accounting services, on financial account applications, other documents that you complete in connection with the opening and maintenance of your accounts with us; and

Ø      Information that you provide to us orally; and

Ø      Information that we receive from third parties, such as brokerage firms, about your transactions with us or with others.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal financial information about you to anyone, except in the following circumstances:

Ø      When required to execute transactions for your account or otherwise to provide services that you have requested; or

Ø      When you have specifically authorized us to do so in writing; or

Ø      When required or permitted by law.

Within our firm, we restrict access to your personal financial information to those who need to know that information to provide services to you.  We have a firm policy that client information is not discussed outside of the office except with you.  To ensure security and confidentiality, we maintain physical and procedural safeguards to protect your privacy.  We discard information after three years.  All discarded information is shredded.

Katherine Nixon is a licensed CPA, financial advisor, and insurance agent.  Securities are offered through J.W. Cole Financial, Inc., Member FINRA, SIPC.  Investment Advisory Services are offered through Jonathon Roberts Advisory Group.  Her firm, Soaring Eagles Tax & Financial Services, LLC is not a CPA firm.  Insurance is offered as an independent agent.
